Facilities for Students

Al-Mustafa Mission Girls’ High School is a Residential, Bengali Medium institution recognized by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (Unaided Institution) and also provisionally recognized by the Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal. (H.S. Arts & Science)

Evaluation: Continuous, Comprehensive and Evaluation is completed through three terminal examination and internal assessment by class tests. Room Teachers /subject teachers are engaged for proper guidance. Students can practice Roza and Namaz five times a day and they are also provided the teaching of Islamic Principles.

Education Facilities: It is needless to say that all the research being made for a boarding school is primarily for education. Take a tour of the classrooms and study material that the school has to offer. To get a better insight, schedule short meetings with the teachers and principal to get an idea about their teaching methods and how that would impact your girl’s growth.

Computer: An accommodation for fifty students at a time for computer education in the separate computer room has been arranged. The Higher Secondary students can take Computer Application as a subject of study. Computer classes are available for all students from class V to XII.

Technology: Technology goes hand-in-hand in enhancing the education quality of young minds as well as teachers. Hence, a residential school should incorporate the use and exposure of the latest technologies. Common equipment here can include the latest computers and excellent internet connections. They can be used to study materials, efficiently share courses and stay connected with teachers.

Library Books of all subjects and topics are available in the library room. Students can achieve additional knowledge from this library under the guidance of our librarian.

Health & Hygiene Purified drinking water is supplied for all students for 24 hours. Medical support is provided always as required and in serious cases students are sent to the reputed doctors and the charges are received from the guardians when needed.

Hostel Rooms: After hygiene, parents must keenly observe the facilities provided in the mission’s rooms. You should check if the available amenities are suitable for your girl’s basic daily routine. The rooms must be comfortable and clean, just like your home. In this manner, you can be assured that your girl would concentrate and grow without stressing herself out to the extent that they get homesick.

Games & Sports The Students are allowed to play in the playground only in the afternoon. They can participate in various events in the Annual Sports and the prize given ceremony in presence of eminent persons.

Extracurricular: Along with education comes the necessity of exploring the creative side of a child. A good residential school will give equal importance to extracurricular activities wherein girls are introduced to their other areas of talent.

Mobile service: The students can communicate with their guardian on Saturday over telephone from mission and on emergency basis only for other days. Guardians are not allowed in the Mission campus except on Sundays and holidays and mobile service to other students are strictly prohibited.

Security: Safety for girls should be considered in every essential aspect. Check for the different security measures that are in place for girls. You may raise questions to the authorities about the type of security equipment they use, availability of guards at the entrances and more. you can feel the security is reliable.
